It depends on the platform you want to publish on, but at least 1 video per week is the minimum to get started. This means you need at least 4 videos per month. If you mainly focus on TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts, where video content is the main type of content you publish, it is worth posting at least 2–3 times per week. This means you will need 8 to 12 videos per month.
It all starts with a video call, creating scripts for each video, and discussing all the details. On the recording day, we come to the location and need at least 1.5 hours to set up the equipment and the set, as well as go through the final details with you. After recordings, we also need time to pack everything up and clean the location.
The next step is editing the videos, creating the first versions, and making any necessary corrections. We discuss everything through a WhatsApp group. The final videos are then made available for you to download, or we deliver them in another previously agreed format.
At Multiflow Media, producing 4 to 6 social media videos costs €1,320. This is our current package, where we record multiple videos during one filming day. The exact number depends on the complexity of the scripts.

This allows us to tailor the scripts and videos specifically to the platforms you want to focus on.

We usually need a few days to prepare the first versions of the videos for review. If no changes are required, the videos are usually ready within a week, or up to two weeks in the case of a complex edit.
Of course, and we actually recommend this! It is important to prepare scripts in advance, where everything is written out in detail and the entire day is planned properly. This allows the recording process to run smoothly and enables us to record multiple videos in one day. A recording day usually takes between 8 and 10 hours.
